Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in medical device/diagnostics.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities across hardware & software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and read technical docs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair services for Phadia ImmunoDiagnostics systems.
- Installations and system deployments at laboratories across the London region.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure instrument performance and reliability.
- Travel to customer sites and coordinate with field service teams and customers.
- Build long-term relationships with laboratory staff while maintaining safety and compliance.
