The role combines hands-on engineering, technical problem-solving, customer interaction and independent working, backed by the support and expertise of the wider UK Field Service organization.

Our Phadia systems are in vitro diagnostic (IVD) platforms used in clinical laboratories for allergy and autoimmune testing, incorporating our ImmunoCAP and EliA technologies. The UK Field Service team supports the Phadia instrument family, including the Phadia 200, Phadia 250, Phadia 1000 and Phadia 2500 platforms.

Through ongoing technical training and practical experience, you will develop your knowledge of our Phadia 200, 250, 1000 and 2500 systems, with the expectation that you will become comfortable supporting the wider Phadia instrument family.
