Qualifications
- 2 years of hands‑on technical experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex analytical instruments.
- Experience documenting service activities and preparing detailed reports.
- Demonstrated success in meeting customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex analytical instruments.
- Diagnose electronic and mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Provide responsive technical support and exceptional service to customers.
- Train and support customers on the safe and effective operation of equipment.
- Document service activities and prepare accurate, detailed reports.
- Read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
- Travel up to 50–75% within the assigned territory.
- Follow applicable safety protocols and quality standards.
