- Excellent written and verbal English; willingness to travel up to 50–75%.
- Experience with high vacuum systems and high voltage equipment is a plus.
- Customer-facing role requiring safety and quality adherence.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair analytical instruments at customer sites.
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed service reporting.
- Interpret technical diagrams and schematics to diagnose issues.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to minimize downtime.
