Job summary

Acuative seeks a Field Service Technician to install and service voice/data networks, servers, and retail tech across markets. The role involves travel to customer sites, performing hardware installs, cabling, and diagnostics with a focus on reliable field support.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA, Cisco, Cabling, and PBX certifications are a plus.
• Candidates must be willing to travel and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain networking hardware including routers and switches.
• Install telephony equipment and circuits.
• Support POS systems, digital signage and CCTV deployments.
• Perform circuit extensions and structured cabling; site surveys/audits.
• Install LEO satellite receivers and fixed wireless gear; manage tools/inventory.
