Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Field Service Engineer II to cover Brazil. You will install, service and repair sophisticated instruments, document activities, and support contracts while traveling frequently to customer sites.

The role reports to the Field Service Engineer Supervisor within the Services Department located in Curitiba, and involves remote work across Brazil with substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Technical Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, maintenance and repair on mechanical/electro-mechanical/electronic/refrigeration instruments; document service activities per policy.
• Support service contracts, assist sales and service teams with configurations and upgrades; provide other technical support as requested.
• Manage spare parts under own responsibility to maximize uptime and service metrics.
