Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency required for international trainings and global team interactions.
• Experience with technical support or training for laboratory equipment and workflow optimization.
• Experience in anatomical pathology laboratories or cell biology environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training and ensure proper usage and compliance for Leica Biosystems equipment and products.
• Support customers in validation, implementation, and optimization of equipment and staining protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, investigating root causes and providing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams—Sales, Field Service Engineers, Marketing, Regulatory/Quality Affairs, Contracts/Tenders—to support objectives.
• Lead workflow optimization projects and travel extensively across Brazil to analyze lab processes and drive improvements.
