Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in power distribution systems preferred.
• 1+ years of experience supporting switchgear start-up and commissioning.
• 1–3 years of related electrical, mechanical, technical experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Start-up, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, service, and repair of IEM equipment (switchboards, panels, power products).
• Install/modify electrical components and subassemblies (panel interiors, breakers, bus bars, subpanels, wiring).
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with contractors, clients, PMs, and internal teams.
• Analyze system failures, identify root causes, determine corrective actions for moderately complex issues.
