Segra is seeking a qualified Field Service Engineer to join our Morgantown/Clarksburg/Fairmont WV team in a full-time, on-site capacity. The role covers installation, testing, and turn-up of telecom equipment and network services, with on-call duties as needed.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of telecom gear experience, familiarity with Cisco or Ciena equipment, and an associate degree or technical training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of telecom equipment experience.
• Knowledge of Cisco and/or Ciena equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install & commission telecom equipment and networks.
• Turn-up and testing of circuits/nodes; support customer premise equipment.
• On-call duties; liaise with customers and technicians.
