GE HealthCare is seeking a Field Service Engineer 2 to perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical equipment in the Tulsa, OK area. You will support one or more modalities within hospital systems, ensuring high reliability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include training customers on equipment, coordinating service plans, and documenting all service activities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher with 6+ years servicing electrical equipment.
• 2+ years of experience servicing medical equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Available after-hours and/or rotating on-call schedule.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in the use of instruments; provide educational programs; train customers on computerized systems; troubleshoot complaints and perform repairs.
• Collaborate with service engineering team to develop solutions for complex customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct intake meetings at customer sites to understand needs and establish service plans.
• Coordinate and manage multiple priorities to complete tasks within timeframes.
• Use data analysis to resolve customer issues and identify opportunities.
• Leverage knowledge base to solve customer challenges.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and decision making.
• Document services performed and test results.
