Job summary

Cytovale Systems is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to deliver on-site service, maintenance, and repairs for diagnostic imaging systems. You will manage installations, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot complex instrumentation while maintaining customer relationships.

In this role you will travel up to 70% of the time, participate in after-hours support, and collaborate with R&D to relay performance feedback and improve serviceability.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing Diagnostic Imaging equipment or similar medical devices.
• At least 5 years in field support in a medical device setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on field service, installations, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Offer after-hours and on-call support as required.
• Document service activities and communicate with customers and R&D.
