Job summary

Solutech is seeking a Field Service Engineer 2 to support critical medical devices across customer sites in the United States and beyond. You will perform on-site service, calibrations, and troubleshooting to ensure device availability and reliability.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, maintain service records in Salesforce, and participate in continued training. The role requires travel, physical capability, and a customer-first approach to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Expert in electronic/electro-mechanical engineering and calibration equipment.
• Proficient with PC-based systems and diagnostic tools.
• Strong client focus and excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service, repair, or installation of medical devices.
• Provide technical support to customers on operation and maintenance.
• Serve as primary customer contact for technical/service issues.
• Diagnose failures and determine cost-effective repair options.
• Input detailed service records into company systems (Salesforce).
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and safety practices.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required; lift up to 75 lbs.
