Job summary

MEUS-IAD is seeking a Service Engineer to provide on-site technical service and remote call center support in the Mason, OH area. You will diagnose equipment, install MEUS‑IAD solutions, and support customers across the region.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related experience, 3+ years in field service for industrial automation, and strong hands-on skills with test equipment. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in field service for industrial automation.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Experience using electrical and mechanical tools for machine repair.
• Hands-on use of voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and test equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, logic, and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a customer-focused, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical service and support to MTBs, dealers, and end-users.
• Log service activity and follow-ups in the database.
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns and maintain uptime.
• Install components, software, and solutions offered by MEUS‑IAD.
• Support in-house diagnostic systems and tools.
• Present and sell value-added services (VAS).
• Coordinate with Senior Engineers and participate in training.
• Follow up on completed service calls to gauge satisfaction.
• Maintain van stock and manage parts returns.
