Qualifications

• Expert experience with electronic and electro-mechanical engineering and calibration of electronic equipment.
• Knowledge of micro-computers/PC-based systems and testing procedures.
• Strong interpersonal communication and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient at diagnosing and repairing moderately complex hardware/software issues.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site or in-house service, repair and installation of company-serviced products.
• Provide technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures and determine cost-effective repairs.
• Input detailed service records and parts used into company systems to maintain updated client data.
• Oversee spare parts for assigned customers and ensure timely replenishment.
