Qualifications

• 3 years in field service; x-ray industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance for Rapiscan systems as directed by Field Service Managers.
• Follow contract requirements for response time and reporting.
• Communicate with customers and service coordinators to ensure timely parts delivery.
• Maintain Field Service Tool Set and complete required documentation.
• Ensure safety procedures and calibration requirements are met.
• On-call nights, weekends, and travel up to 75% as needed.
