Job summary

Flow International Corporation seeks a Field Service Engineer I to deliver exceptional on-site support for waterjet systems, troubleshooting and repairing equipment at customer locations. The role requires extensive travel and coordination with service teams.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in electronics/robotics/mechanical engineering (or equivalent), 1–3 years of service experience, and proficiency with Windows, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronics, Robotics or Mech. Eng. or 2 years college/technical school training.
• 1-3 years of recent service-related experience with robotics, motion control systems or CNC tools.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers on operation, troubleshooting, part identification, and repair of Flow equipment at customer locations and via remote channels.
• Complete administrative documentation in a timely manner.
• Travel to customer locations on short notice; may exceed 90% overall travel.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and assist in PM schedules.
