Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Field Engineer I to perform on-time preventive maintenance across one or more modalities. You will learn troubleshooting and installation techniques by collaborating with experienced field engineers, onsite or remotely, to support service excellence.

This position is located in Sioux Falls, SD with relocation available and a remote work option. Candidates must meet educational requirements, have a valid driver's license, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with Web applications and Microsoft Office products.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Learn to complete on-time Preventive Maintenance, FMIs and ISIs.
• Assist experienced field engineers with equipment installation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and service on designated equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and teammates to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain customer service logs and internal service records; order parts as needed.
