You will perform installs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites, with interstate and international travel as needed. Starting salary is $70,000 with potential to reach $78,000, plus benefits including PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an associate degree in Biomedical, electronics or related technical field.
• Equivalent military/government training will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Field Service Engineer with medical digital imaging systems.
• Advanced knowledge of digital and analog circuitry, medical digital imaging systems, and general fluoroscopy.
• General computer knowledge including DOS, Microsoft Windows, Unix or Linux.

Aufgaben

• Identify, analyze, and repair product failures; order and replace parts as needed.
• Provide ongoing field support via technical phone support, product installation, and service to customers in the field.
• Report deviations from established product quality standards to the Regional Service Manager.
• Travel to customer sites and interstate/domestic travel.
• Oversight of crating/uncrating of C-Arm equipment.
• Demo and clinical support for equipment at trade shows.
• Adhere to company SOPs and training requirements.
