Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3 years of experience with medical imaging equipment servicing.
• Experience with computer software installations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service engineering support and improve customer satisfaction.
• Offer technical assistance for DSPECT® and VERITON-CT® products.
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve issues.
