Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Field Service Engineer with medical digital imaging systems.
• Advanced knowledge of digital and analog circuitry and fluoroscopy.
• Proficient with DOS, Windows, Unix or Linux.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and repair product failures and replace parts.
• Provide field service support and install equipment at customer sites.
• Report deviations from quality standards to the Regional Service Manager.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Maintain paperwork, vendor credentialing, and training records.
