This full-time role focuses on proper installs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex medical devices at customer sites. The position requires travel by interstate and domestic air travel, with overtime potential and a competitive salary starting at $70,000 up to $78,000 based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role in the field support of medical devices
• Ability to troubleshoot and install equipment at customer sites
• Willingness to travel to interstate and domestic destinations as needed

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and repair product failures; order and replace parts as needed
• Provide ongoing support to customers through technical phone support, product installation, and field service
• Deliver product feedback and help develop field solutions
• Report deviations from product quality standards to Regional Service Manager
• Report delays in servicing customers for escalation
