Job summary

A medical equipment manufacturer is seeking a Field Engineer to support Digital X-Ray Systems. Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining medical imaging equipment in hospitals and imaging centers. Applicants should have an Associate Degree in electronics and 2+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging. This full-time role may require overnight travel and includes a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging or 4+ years in electronics industry.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings.
• Knowledge of Carestream Equipment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support customer relationship management through technical knowledge.
• Service laser printers, CR & DR X-ray imaging equipment, and other equipment.
• Perform administrative duties within established timeframes.

Skills

Knowledge of computers and networking

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Education

Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent

BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred
