Job summary
Pace Analytical Services LLC in Mount Juliet, TN seeks an experienced instrumentation specialist to maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot HPLC, UPLC and IC systems. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, electronics, or a closely related field and at least 5 years instrument/equipment troubleshooting and repair work.
- Complex to specialized knowledge of laboratory and analytical instrumentation, HPLC, UPLC and IC; metrology standards.
- Experience with calibrations and qualification protocols for analytical instruments.
- Ability to draft SOPs and procedure documents and to work in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Provides advanced to expert maintenance, diagnosis and repairs of HPLC, UPLC, and IC.
- Provides calibration and qualification of HPLC, UPLC and IC.
- Recommends and implements improvements to HPLC, UPLC, and IC systems.
- Drafts and revises technical documentation and procedures.
