We are seeking Field Service Engineers to support nationwide customers.

Must be willing to travel to Japan 1-3 months after hire date to participate in a 2-year training program.*

The Mission of a Field Service Engineer is to install, modify, and service complex semiconductor industry high vacuum equipment and systems, as well as evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve design issues related to such installations and servicing of Company products at customer sites. The role includes providing technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and supporting company goals.

What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on field service duties at customer sites, including installations, upgrades, repairs, troubleshooting, and training.
• Recommend equipment modifications and improvements to enhance operation and performance.
• Submit necessary documentation such as timesheets, expense reports, and field service reports.
• Maintain technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills, including continuing education as needed.
• Train less-experienced engineers and act as a key link to customer satisfaction by resolving service problems effectively.
