We are seeking Field Service Engineers to support nationwide customers.

Must be willing to travel to Japan 1-3 months after hire date to participate in a 2-year training program.

The Mission of a Field Service Engineer is to install, modify and service complex semiconductor industry high vacuum equipment and systems, as well as evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve design issues related to such installations and servicing of Company products at customer sites, providing technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and support business goals.

What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on field service duties at customer sites, including system installation, upgrades, retrofits, diagnosis, preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Recommend equipment modifications or improvements to enhance operation and performance.
• Submit documentation such as timesheets, expense reports, and field service reports promptly.
• Maintain technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills; participate in continuing education as needed.
• Train less-experienced engineers and act as a key link to customer satisfaction by resolving service problems effectively.
