We are seeking Field Service Engineers to support nationwide customers.

Must be willing to travel to Japan 1-3 months after hire date to participate in a 2-year training program.

The Mission of a Field Service Engineer is to install, modify and service complex semiconductor industry high vacuum equipment and systems, evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve design issues related to such installations and servicing of company products at various customer sites. The role includes providing technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success.

What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on field service duties at customer sites, including installations, upgrades, retrofits, diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs of electronic and mechanical systems.
• Recommend equipment modifications or improvements to enhance performance.
• Submit necessary documentation such as timesheets, expense reports, and service reports timely, adhering to company policies.
• Maintain technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills across electronic, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and software systems.
• Train and support less experienced engineers.
• Handle customer service issues to ensure high satisfaction and maintain good customer relations.
