Job summary

Qualifications

• - Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• - At least 3 years of technical experience in Automotive (Electric Mobility) and HVB, aftersales service operations.
• - Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, problem solving, and data analytics.
• - Willingness to travel and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload and improve processes and systems.
• Oversee technician and subcontractor management, verify works, and handle client liaison and escalation.
• Control jobs including variations and invoicing / project progress claims, and coordinate with other departments to deliver high quality services.
• Meet market needs for spare parts and tools by ensuring adequate inventory based on agreements.
• Coordinate quality, systems and emergency issues with related departments.
• Build proactive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
