The Job:

Appointment of service dealer in assigned countries with the requirement of HQ.

Ensuring effective management of work load, improvement of processes and systems, technician and sub-contractor management, verification of works, client liaison and escalation, and control of jobs including administering of variations and associated invoicing/ project progress claims and working with other departments to deliver high quality services.

Meet the market's needs of spare parts and tools by pushing agent to have enough inventory based on agreement articles.

Effectively meet customer needs, built proactive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.

2.Training and Technical Support:

To provide technical consultation on-site or remotely with dealers or customers.

To conduct technical training to dealers or OEM customers in order to improve technical and products competency.

Ensure delivery of value to Company clients and customers.

Coordinate of quality, systems and emergency issues with related departments.

• 1. Minimum a Bachelor Holder in Computer Science or Engineering
• 2. Minimum 3 years working technical experiences in Automotive (Electric Mobility) and High Voltage Battery (HVB), aftersales service operations, and/or battery energy storage solutions
• 4. Good at communication, cross-functional & multi-cultural coordination, problem solving, data analytics skills
• 5. Able to work independently, resourceful and have the right attitude.
• 6. Able to travel frequently and work overtime occasionally during night time
