Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a Senior CS Technical Support Engineer to deliver advanced support for Cymer laser products at customer sites. The role participates in New Product Introduction and ensures field engineers have procedures, tools, and training to service Cymer light sources.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting DUV sources, collaborating with engineering and field teams, and contributing to continuous improvement and Field Tool development.

Qualifications

• BS in technical field with experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and supporting electronic systems.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with DUV equipment installation and support, including photolithography imaging and metrology systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Cymer laser products at customer sites using standard laser theory to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair DUV sources.
• Escalate and manage field issues using established processes when first/second-line support cannot resolve.
• Identify and report design, reliability, and maintenance issues to engineering teams.
• Assist in resolving structural problems and implementing field solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Support NPI rollout with procedure development, training, diagnostics, and on-site support.
