Job summary

Roche is seeking a field-based service professional to support Donor Screening product lines in Florida. You will provide routine technical support, on-site service and repair, diagnose issues, and act as the primary customer contact for technical and service-related matters.

Ideal candidates have strong experience with mechanical, hardware, and software diagnostics, with ability to travel up to 20% and work in Daytona Beach or nearby.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2 years of technical schooling or military training, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 1–2 years of experience in repairing or servicing complex hardware/software.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within East and Southeast Florida.

Responsibilities

• Showcase expertise in technical repair for Roche product lines.
• Provide routine technical support, on-site service and repair of Roche products.
• Serve as customer contact for technical and service-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Document activities and contribute to quality improvements to maximize customer satisfaction.
