Roche is seeking an on-site Field Service Engineer in Florida to support the Donor Screening program. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Roche products, ensuring reliable operation in lab settings. This role emphasizes problem solving, technical expertise, and customer satisfaction.

The position involves up to 20% travel within East and Southeast Florida, with a focus on Daytona Beach area. A strong technical background, adaptability, and commitment to quality are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or related field plus 1-2 years of progressive experience repairing or servicing complex mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking.
• Successfully training or certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy.
• Ability to travel, including some overnight travel, is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine on-site service and repair of Roche products.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Serve as a customer contact for technical and service-related issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Document all activities, contribute to quality improvement, and focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.
