Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of instrumentation experience in a laboratory environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience interfacing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level I and Level II phone and on-site support for hardware, software, and reagents.
• Maintain the quality system and record accurate customer complaints and actions taken.
• Plan and prioritize customer visits and activities for assigned accounts.
• Prepare, schedule, and execute trainings to improve customer troubleshooting and self-sufficiency.
• Coordinate order delivery and billing of products/services; monitor inventory.
• Develop account-specific lab strategy with Enterprise Account Manager/Sales Executive.
• Achieve revenue goals; ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute to CAPA documentation and issue resolution.
