Abbott is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Diagnostics and Lab Automation to serve as the primary automation account contact, delivering proactive product support and strong customer experience in the Morgantown, West Virginia area.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience with instrumentation utilized in a laboratory environment.
• 2 years of experience interfacing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the quality system.
• Provide Level I/II phone and on-site support for hardware, software, and reagent issues.
• Document customer complaints and actions taken to resolve concerns.
• Plan and prioritize customer visits and activities in each account.
• Coordinate order delivery, billing, and inventory in assigned accounts.
• Develop lab strategy with Enterprise Account Manager and Sales Executive.
