Responsibilities

• Provide Level I and II phone and on-site support for hardware, software, and reagents.
• Proactive service to maintain system performance and user satisfaction.
• Document customer complaints and actions taken to resolve issues.
• Plan and prioritize customer visits and training events.
• Coordinate order delivery and billing for products and services.
