Job summary

Werfen is seeking an Associate Field Service Engineer in North America to install, repair, and maintain specialized diagnostic instruments at customer sites. You will perform installations, preventive maintenance, and product enhancements while ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to policies.

The role requires an associate degree in electronics/medical tech or related field and at least 1 year of technical/support experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical/support role.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems; Microsoft Office 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain Werfen instrumentation on-site.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and isolate instrument issues to determine failure and corrective action.
• Provide on-site customer support and maintain service records.
