Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles in an automotive dealership.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Visit Ford/Lincoln dealerships to diagnose and resolve vehicle concerns.
• Provide in-dealership repair support and training insights.
• Lead repair strategy for difficult-to-repair vehicles and coach technicians.
