Job summary

Ford dealership in Westlake Village, CA is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team. The role requires traveling to customer workplaces and homes to perform basic service and recalls.

The ideal candidate is independent with a solid service technician background; B-level qualifications and ASE certifications are preferred but not required. You will work with the Service Coordinator and Dealer Management to manage production, document work, and stay current with Ford technical

Qualifications

• B-level qualifications preferred; ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Valid driver license required.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks.
• Independent and able to work with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and put the customer first.
• Engage with customers daily and represent the dealership professionally.
• Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments with strong time management.
• Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance per repair orders, efficiently and safely.
• Communicate with the Mobile Service Coordinator, Parts Department and Dealer Management regularly.
• Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order.
• Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training.
• Able to work in varying weather conditions and drive a company vehicle responsibly.
• Take pride in the role and contribute to growing the business.
