Job summary

Keller Ford Lincoln in California is seeking a Ford Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of Ford vehicles in a fast-paced service department.

You will use advanced diagnostic tools, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with service advisors to ensure timely, high-quality repairs while keeping customers informed and satisfied.

Qualifications

• Certification from an accredited automotive technical program or equivalent work experience.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.
• Previous Ford vehicle repair and maintenance experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment and software.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify problems and recommend preventive maintenance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford vehicle systems and technologies.
• Collaborate with team members and service advisors to ensure timely repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions professionally.
• Uphold safety and quality standards in all work.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
