Putzmeister is seeking a Field Service Representative to manage delivery and support of premier product service in the assigned region. You will build strong relationships with Regional Sales Directors and Parts Sales Representatives to achieve sales and service objectives.

The role requires extensive travel (75%+), hands-on troubleshooting of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, and training customers and agents on operation and repair techniques. Prepare timely field reports weekly.

Qualifications

• Requires strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills in field settings.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems in heavy equipment.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in customers' environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage time and territory to resolve customers' equipment issues in the field.
• Travel to customer sites for in-depth troubleshooting of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical problems.
• Provide training on machine operation, troubleshooting, and repair techniques to customers/agents.
• Coordinate inspections and repairs with service centers and document field activities weekly.
