The role focuses on premier product support, timely field service, and careful documentation to drive service excellence. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of technical experience in hydraulic/electrical/mechanical systems, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of technical experience.
• Travel 75%+ to customer sites.
• On-the-job training and safety programs are expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage time and territory to resolve customers’ equipment issues in the field.
• Travel to customer locations on short notice for in-depth troubleshooting of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Communicate repairs, production issues, and customer concerns clearly.
• Provide in-service or commissioning support and complete handover documentation.
• Train customers/agents on operation, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
