Aegis Manufacturing & Engineering is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers across Wisconsin and the Lakes Region. This entry-level opportunity includes a comprehensive training program, hands-on learning with CNC laser and automated equipment, and a clear path to advanced troubleshooting and leadership roles.

You'll install, commission, maintain, and repair high-end machinery, travel Monday–Friday with weekends typically off, and develop customer-facing communication skills while

Qualifications

• Technical certificate, Associate's degree, military technical training, or relevant hands-on experience.
• Background in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Automation, CNC/Machining, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in understanding machinery.

Responsabilités

• Install and commission new CNC machinery at customer facilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Diagnose problems involving motors, sensors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics.
• Document repairs and work performed; communicate with customers.
