You will travel to customer sites for commissioning, integration, and to provide problem-solving solutions, supporting the sales team and ensuring equipment reliability. Qualifications

• Must live within 50 miles of a major airport.
• Field Service Technician will travel to customer sites for commissioning, integration, and to provide problem solving solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales staff in servicing company equipment.
• Providing solutions for service of equipment at the customer site.
• Documenting all service performed and future service needs.
• Maintaining excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrating company software capabilities to the customer.
• Preparing timesheets, service reports and installation forms promptly.
• Tracking expenses and completing expense reports timely.
• Maintaining a safe work environment per OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines.
• Communicating with other departments as necessary.
• Overtime may be required by workload and customer needs.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
