Job summary

Aegis’s client, a long-standing manufacturer, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their growing team. The role involves installing new machinery, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues at customer sites.

You will communicate directly with customers during service calls and document findings and repairs. Monday–Friday travel is required, supporting regional sites with a strong focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Technical/Associate’s degree or certificate in relevant fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand machinery.
• Basic electrical/mechanical theory and troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Installing new machinery.
• Completing preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues.
• Handle repair and troubleshooting calls on customer sites.
