Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC/R environments.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Completion of an accredited HVAC technical training program.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical control systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Physical ability to work on rooftops, ladders, and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a broad range of commercial HVAC/R equipment including RTUs, boilers, and refrigeration units.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend system longevity and reliability.
• Install HVAC components end-to-end and ensure high-performance standards.
• Analyze electrical and control system malfunctions to implement durable solutions.
• Consult with clients on repairs and potential upgrades.
• Maintain accurate digital records of service activities and site documentation.
• Uphold safety by following industry best practices and keeping the service vehicle organized.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in commercial HVAC/R environments.
• Current EPA Universal Certification.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Physical capability to perform tasks on rooftops, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment.

Preferred Skills
