Qualifications
- Associate degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent military/trade school certificates.
- 2+ years' experience in commissioning/test or field service within high-tech manufacturing or capital equipment.
- Ability to travel up to ~80% and work in customer environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance and repairs across systems.
- Maintain fault-finding data and feedback product performance to customers and internal groups.
- Conduct in-house service activities as needed.
- Follow service procedures to keep customer and product data up to date.
- Keep accurate records of time, expenses and work performed.
- Collaborate with Product Support and Hardware resources to resolve issues.
