Job summary

Formulatrix, headquartered in Dubai, seeks a field engineer to join our North American support team. You will install and maintain high-end lab instruments on the east coast and travel across the U.S. and Canada as needed.

You should enjoy fixing hardware and software, train customers, and communicate clearly with product teams. A degree in science or engineering is preferred; robotics and optics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Science or Engineering preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work on-site in a client environment.

Responsibilities

• On-site installations and maintenance of lab equipment on the east coast.
• Customer training and support via phone, email, or remote tools.
• Travel up to 60% and record interactions in CRM.
• Provide detailed notes of on-site support and coordinate with product managers.
