Job summary

SCREEN SPE is seeking an experienced Installation and Modification Field Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance, and on-site service for state-of-the-art semiconductor equipment in Arizona. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $50.00 per hour.

The successful candidate will read schematics, use alignment tools, and follow pre-task plans and procedures while maintaining L3 certification and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience with Clean/Etch, track, or CMP process equipment or equivalent electromechanical equipment.
• Must pass customer background check, medical test, certification for respirator use.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds, climb stairs, and stand up to 4 hours.
• Night/compressed shift schedule and travel up to 80% may be required.
• Must have a valid passport and REAL ID for travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and provide site support for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Read schematics and plumbing diagrams and follow detailed procedures.
• Contribute to problem solving using Model Based Problem-Solving methodologies.
• Maintain L3 certification on required tool sets.
• Communicate progress and plans to customers and internal teams.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any safety issues within 24 hours.

Job Summary

SCREEN SPE is looking for an experienced Installation and Modification Field Service Engineer to provide support for installation, maintenance, and site support for state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing/processing equipment. Salary Range: $30.00 - $50.00 Per Hour

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have experience using alignment tools (micrometers/calipers/multimeters/current clamp) and the ability to read schematics/plumbing diagrams.
• Utilizes Pre-Task Plans and Procedures for all work performed on a tool.
• Effectively contributes to problem solving using Model Based Problem-Solving methodology.
• Maintains L3 certification on required tool sets.
• Proactively takes action to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Anticipates and responds to needs of internal and external customers.
• Exercise with a high level of judgment and keeps customer informed of work progress and plans.
• Excellent communication, documentation, troubleshooting and customer service skills are necessary, as is proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Must be able to follow detailed oral and written procedures, and to develop processes.
• Must be able to work in a safe manner/follows all safety guidelines. Report any safety issues immediately to supervisor/lead and follow-up with safety report online within 24 hours

Job Requirements

• This position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience working with Clean/Etch, track, and or CMP process equipment or equivalent related electromechanical equipment.

• May require night and or compressed shift schedule and travel (up to 80%)
