Daifuku North America seeks a Technical Service Engineer I to install, troubleshoot, and maintain our automotive automation systems across customer sites. You will diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues and order/replace parts to ensure smooth operation.

The role requires traveling to various job sites within the US, Canada, or Mexico, and readiness to work weekends, nights, overtime, and holidays as needed. A BS in engineering and PLC experience are preferred.

Formación

• BS degree in electrical, mechanical or automation engineering.
• Zero to three years' experience in material handling and conveyor engineering.
• Construction or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong PLC programming skills desirable.
• Excellent communication with customers and peers.

Responsabilidades

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain automation equipment.
• Identify, analyse, and repair product failures; order parts.
• Assess which products/services best fit customer needs.
• Interpret drawings and assist installation crews.
• Assist with project quotes and small-project negotiations.
