Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical area.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Military training and experience in a technical field are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, upgrade, testing, warranty, and repair of equipment following safety protocols.
• Isolate and resolve equipment malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Assist with new processes, methods, and designs.
• Develop relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as onsite contact for activities and provide technical support.
• Record tool actions and daily activities in field service reports.
• Adhere to safety and confidentiality policies.
