Veeco is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Dallas area. The role focuses on installing, calibrating, and maintaining Veeco Wet Processing equipment while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The candidate will travel up to 85% within North America, with occasional international trips, and must have a technical degree plus several years of experience in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical area and a minimum of 5 years of experience required.
• Equivalent education/experience will be considered; military training welcome.
• ITAR access requires U.S. citizenship or eligible status.

Responsabilités

• Perform installation, upgrade, testing, warranty, and repair of equipment following safety protocols.
• Isolate and resolve equipment and systems malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Assist with new processes, methods, and designs implementation.
• Develop relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as onsite contact for activities and provide technical and field support.
• Report tool actions and daily activities in field service reports.
• Adhere to safety and confidentiality policies.
